Delete your Anvayaa account
Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data from the Anvayaa – Elder Care app, by Anvayaa Kin Care Private Limited.
How to request account deletion
- Open https://customer.anvayaa.com/delete-account in a browser with JavaScript enabled, enter the mobile number or email registered with your Anvayaa account, and select Send OTP.
- Enter the one-time password sent to you and select Verify.
- Select Request account deletion to confirm. You will be shown a reference number for your request.
You can also delete your account inside the app at Settings → Delete Account, or email support@anvayaa.com from your registered address and we will process the request for you.
What is deleted, and when
Your profile and contact details, beneficiary profiles you created, reminders and preferences, uploaded medical reports, saved devices, and location and usage data. These are deleted within 30 days of your request, after which your account is closed.
What is kept, for how long, and why
Invoices, payment records and GST filings are retained for 8 years from the end of the relevant financial year, as required of Indian companies under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable tax law. Records we are required to keep for legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes are retained for as long as the law requires, and are not used for any other purpose.
